5–7 business days
for refund processing after approval
Return Conditions
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- All items in our catalog are eligible for return within the stated timeframe.
How to Request a Return
Find Your Order
If you have an account, go to Account → Orders and open the order. If you ordered as a guest, use the Order Lookup page.
Click 'Request Refund'
On the order details page, click the 'Request Refund' button and fill in the form — select the item(s) and reason.
Wait for Review
Our team reviews your request. You'll receive an email update when the status changes (pending → approved/rejected).
Refund Processed
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Ordered as a Guest?
You can still request a return. Use the order lookup page — we'll send a verification code to your email to confirm your identity.
