All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will pay.
Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product appearance may slightly vary.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Geidea secure payment gateway.
We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods available through Geidea.
All payment transactions are encrypted and handled by Geidea. We do not store your card details.
You will receive an order confirmation email with a PDF invoice after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.

We deliver within Egypt only. International shipping is not available.
Shipping is free on all orders regardless of order value.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your governorate.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
All items are eligible for return within the stated timeframe.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

You may not use this site to engage in fraudulent activity or place false orders.
Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk extraction of site content is prohibited.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the store or its servers.
Any attempt to manipulate pricing, stock levels, or order data is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, payment processors, or circumstances beyond our control.
